Get message "There is not enough free disk space to install the product." when I try to get Xcode

Hey

when I try to get Xcode from App Store I get this message

"There is not enough free disk space to install the product."

As I see it, then I have 16,92 GB free on my disc.

I have earlier have this program install, but have remove it to get more space.

Now I have clear lot of space and need this program again.

Someone who can help me.

You need to keep 20 GB or more free for the OS to use for things.

Find the biggest things to move or Trash...

OmniDiskSweeper shows you the files on your drive, largest to smallest, and lets you quickly Trash or open them.

Or get an external drive & move your Home folder to the external drive...
