Apple TV 2 not responding

TV image still at this page. Remote just purchased from apple store and is working well as the apple tv receiver light is blinking when remote is pressing. Did tried press and hold menu and up key but page still there. Press down, menu, ok and non of the keys show any movement. Can help?
