Get help with Wi-Fi networks on your Apple TV - Apple Support

Verify that your router is giving out an IP address in the normal range (e.g. 192.168.x.x), not a self-assigned IP address. Restart both the router and Apple TV to have them both re-discover each other and connect the right way.

Do you have other devices that can connect to the Wi-Fi?
