How can I disable my phone to download my apps

For some reason my phone got Disabel and am not Anel to download my apps I work with my app.

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 12

The phone isn't disabled, the iTunes account is. Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
