After rebooting my Apple TV 4K, The MENU STILL NOT WORKING...

After rebooting my Apple TV 4K, and pressing the Menu and Vol Up buttons together, The MENU STILL NOT WORKING... all i get is the remote to function on volume feature only.

Please help Me
