Deleting a photo album
I want to delete a photo album. But couldn’t see any option to delete the album.
iPhone XS, iOS 12
Albums > See All > Edit > Click on Red to remove Album

Thanks a lot. It was my mistake that I don't enter into album list, so I didn't get the option.
