IPhone is saying it is disabled

I had a new screen fitted to my iPhone 6 and when I got it back it says on the screen that it is disabled and connect to iTunes, how do I connect to it to iTunes when the phone won't do anything ,other then turn on and Off?

iPhone 6, iOS 12

Was this done at an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Center?

Yes. Return there and seek assistance.
No. You had an unauthorized repair performed. Apple will no longer be able to help with this device.
