Can you please advise why my iPhone won’t connect to my home WiFi when out of the house so view my home camera’s

You need to consult with your camera manufacturer's documentation on how to access them over the internet (not Wi-Fi). This would not be an iPhone issue, it is likely a needed setting on your router, camera equipment, ISP, or all of the above.
Wifi has a range of about 60 feet.
