When I am making or receiving a call on my new IPhone Xr the call will drop ... It's imperative we get down to the bottom of your phone calls dropping

Are you using LTE or 3G mobile network to make and receive calls?

If LTE, is it set to "Data only" in the options?

The latest iOS Updates have been installed as well?
