Apple Watch Series 2, watchOS 3
Open your Apple Watch app on your phone and go to “My Watch
Go to Settings/General & turn off Automatic App Install.
Now go back to “My Watch” and scroll to the bottom to see “Available Apps”.
Any apps you see that are trying to install are the culprits causing the notifications!
Delete those apps from your phone, and if necessary reinstall them with your current Apple ID.
Turn Automatic App Install back on if necessary.
Open your Apple Watch app on your phone and go to “My Watch

Reset your Watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both.
I am receiving this message because of the Apple Store App. I cannot install it and I cannot delete it. I have a series 1 watch. Can you help?
I am having the same situation. I delete the Apple store app, and it doesn't go away on my watch. I have a series 2. I am trying to reset the watch now.
So my question is why this randomly started up after owning this watch for a year?
