ipad can't connect to iTunes or App Store
When I try to sign in on my iPad with my Apple ID it keeps telling me it can't connect to iTunes. I know the password is correct because it works to sign into iTunes on my phone and MacBook.

Try resetting iPad's network settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
