I am unable to receive emails on any of my devices

Does anyone know how to fix my email I am unable to receive any of my emails

iCloud emails? Emails from another provider? Both? Are the accounts entered in Settings/Passwords & Accounts? WiFi connection good? Have you tried another WiFi network?
