I bought unlocked iPhone 11 pro max in america
now I am in country georgia
but when I put SIM card its not activated
please help me

Where's the SIM card from and where did you buy the iPhone from? If you bought it from a big box store, such as Target, Walmart, or Best Buy, they typically don't sell unlocked phones.
Probably need to get in touch with your service provider, as it's the SIM card that's not working. Something that might help is distinguishing if the phone is saying invalid SIM or no service. Attached are a couple helpful articles from Apple Support.

From what store did you buy this phone? What is the error message that you get?
If you did not buy it directly from Apple, but purchased it from another retailer such as Best Buy, you did NOT buy an unlocked iPhone.
