Can reminders be viewed an a macbook

Since you have macOS Catalina your iPhone must be on iOS 13 and above to sync Reminders across devices

Yup. You’ll need to make sure your Mac is running Catalina and iPhone is iOS 13. Or have both running earlier versions of macOS/iOS. Reminders is awesome! Use it daily.
