I received a Apple Watch 5 and I would like to change the red Move band. Please help

Received from whom? If you purchased from Apple, you have 14 days to return no questions asked. If purchased after November 15, the return period is extended to January 1. I'm not sure what a red Move band is, but if you are outside of the return period, you can purchase any watch bands that Apple has available.
