It's built in.
Yes but on my iPhone 8 you hit the home button but I don't have a home button on the 11 and I don't know how to activate Siri now.

On all-screen models, you want to use the side power button instead (hold it down) to activate Siri.
For Control Center, swipe down instead of up.
