Changing email senders name

Hello, I need to change the name of my email account from my husbands to my name. I have followed the procedures under setting and email account. It shows my name there, but still when I send emails to people it shows my husband as the sender not me. I have looked everywhere and I can not figure out where this is coming from. Please help!
