I just bought a new iphone, which is great.
I was excited to use the one year free Apple TV-membership that came with it. I logged on with an Apple-ID, but then right away realised I needed to make a new Apple-ID so I did, but when I changed it and then went into the Apple TV app, I could no longer sign up for a one year membership, but only for a 7 days one. How can I make the one year membership offer come back?

Why? That is almost never needed, and would cause all sorts of inaccessible features.
You can even change the account name while keeping the same account. Change your Apple ID - Apple Support
The offer is for the first account on the new device only. Sign in again with the previous account to access those features.
You can’t transfer purchases or subscriptions between accounts.
