Since Catalina, nothing appears on my HD but the following folders:
Applications, com.apple.TimeMachine.local snapshots, Library, System & Users.
How/where can I access my graphic & other files?

As with many macOS versions before, your personal documents are probably in
Macintosh HD/Users/[your username]/Documents/
Macintosh HD/Users/[your username]/Pictures/
Macintosh HD/Users/[your username]/Movies/
Macintosh HD/Users/[your username]/Desktop/
etc.
You can set in Finder Preferences to open new Finder windows (⌘N) with a particular folder, e.g. your Home folder ([your username]).

Open the Users folder and look within it.
Nope. Not there.
Nope. Macintosh HD/Users/[your username]/ Documents (there is no Documents)
Tried opening a new Finder window with no results.
I know the files are still on my Mac, but where?
I don't know where they might have gone. If you can't find your files restore them from a Time Machine backup.
