Safari keep searching with Bing instead of Google. I have tried removing extensions however no extensions appear when I go through my Safari preferences. I had found an article on this a few months ago that helped me but can’t find it again. Please help

You might try running Etrecheck It is a diagnostic tool that's very useful to us in finding problems. After it runs post the log file here. It will contain no personal information. But hopefully it will show us where the offending file is still installed.
To post the log file click on share report and use the Page icon in your reply window.
Yes, as Eric says check the profiles, if there's anything you don't recognize or you didn't setup any Profiles delete them.
Also you need to clear some space on your hardrive. A minimum of 10% free space should be kept in order for your system to function efficiently.

I don't think so. Have you tried running Malwarebytes?
Yes it had 7 things come up they were quarantined. But the problem is the same. I should mention it is also occurring on chrome
Good articles but not helpful. I don’t have any extensions to remove and there are no suspicious applications in my applications folder.
Check System Preferences/Profiles for any unknown profiles. If you find any disable/delete them.
