Lost/Stolen Phone

Lost/Had phone stolen and got a message from Apple on another device saying it has been found. Is this something that apple do if it is notified as found?

There is a link in the message that just takes me to a blank internet page.

Lost Phone I keep getting a message my phone is found but I don’t want to click the link because it’s different every time.

It was a scam attempt to get you to enter your credentials.

Ignore it and move on.
