Apple Watch music sync not working

My Apple Watch won’t sync music from my iphone, it will find the album, goes to pending, then updating song 1 of 17, then just stops and won’t do anything else.

the phone is next to the watch which is charging and I’ve tried un syncing doing all the resets and still not working ?
