Since Catalina update my iPhone XS Max won’t let me add my music from iTunes. It doesn’t even show up on my iMac don’t know why tried everything that various people who have had the same issues but with no joy. Can anyone help with this issue please.

When I connect my iPhone to iTunes using windows it shows up as my iPhone just won’t let me sync any music to my iPhone

Thanks for replying yes I’am I have tried almost everything from unlocking my iPhone before connect to a complete reset but nothing seems to work on iMac as for windows at least iTunes see’s my iPhone just won’t sync any music to it keeps sync failed to start again tried everything to fix this but with no success.
Unlock the device before you connect to USB. Trust the computer if prompted. Are you using the same cable that works with Windows?

Might be worth trying a known good cable that works with something else and checking for fluff in the docking port. Intermittent connections can be behind some syncing issues.
