Medical Provider not listed — are my health records not as important?

I need to add my health records manually as my providers are not listed. How can I do this?

Blurgh! Thank you. I had seen that but was hoping... I live in Ecuador and they don't keep medical records so I was hoping against hope. Maybe there's an app! Maybe someone should build an app!

HA! Indeed. Only problem is that I was already a startup founder once and I am still recovering from Post Traumatic VC disorder.
