  • AirPlay of audio or of video content?
  • Are all your devices, that you intend to use, AirPlay compatible? AirPlay system requirements - Apple Support
  • Are all your devices, that you intend to use, on the same home network, using the same SSID network name (for Wi-Fi).
  • Is this about any particular service? Some services may have AirPlay restrictions, blocking such use.
  • When AirPlaying to an Apple TV, verify that AirPlay is turned on in Settings.
  • What is your model Apple TV? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support
