I need to use a 32 bit application. I upgraded to Catalina recently. Can I revert to Mojave until the application developer coordinates with 64 bit of Catalina?

you can install both Catalina and mojave in seperate partitions, and then boot between them

Just so you know, if they developer hasn't provided a 64-bit application, it's been well over a decade now, they aren't going to do it now. It would be better to find an alternative app.
