Greetings, I recently bought an Apple watch series 5 in a Miami store. I live in Bogotá, Colombia and really need to use the ecg app to monitor my heart. Is it possible to activate and use the ecg app here where I live? Thanks for your help, health matter that would really help me to monitor my heart condition.

Unfortunately you cannot use the ECG feature. In order for it to work to has to be purchased AND used in a country that has approved this feature.
