Iphone is frozen

My iPhone X is frozen on the apple screen. It will turn black for about five seconds and then go right back to the apple logo screen and has been doing this for over an hour. Please tell me how to fix this.

You can start troubleshooting here, If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support and if that does not work, make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store for Apple to examine the device.
