no mountable file systems macOs catalina

I'm getting no mountable file systems when installing DMG file , I have installed 10.15.1 and after it no dmg file works. I tried recovery over the internet it also didn't fix it. the dmg files work in safe mode.

MacBook Pro 15”, macOS 10.15

Kill this service:


ps -fea |grep -i dgagent

/usr/local/dgagent/dgdaemon


For some reason is blocking .dmg

Once you run the .dmg and the app is in your Applications folder—you no longer need the .dmg


How can this be an ongoing problem, so I don't complete grok the situation.
