Mail Issue in 13.2

I updated to iOS 13.2 last night and this morning saw I had 7 new emails. I go into the app and not one of the new emails show in All Inboxes. If I go to each individual email account (iCloud, Gmail) I can see the new emails. Anyone else having this same issue?

The issue is working now. There seems to have been a bit of a lag but seems to be working fine again.

My mail isn’t showing up in ANY mailbox since the 13.2 update last night.
