Is there an App to check out which Apps must be updated before Catalina upgrade?

Before I install Catalina on my iMac I want to know which Apps must be updated to work with. Is there a little App, i.e. on the Developer Tool Suite, to check it out?

I just upgraded an iMac from High Sierra to Catalina, hoping that it could pull slightly newer updates to apps like Final Cut Pro, Numbers, and Logic Pro X, as I know there are some newer updates to those that required something a version newer that High Sierra. However, the App Store insists that all of my applications are “up to date”, but the newer versions shown on the app pages are only compatible with much newer OS versions than Catalina. Am I simply out of luck on getting app updates for Catalina?

macOS Catalina won't update to the apps I need how do I get the most recent update for my macOS Catalina 10.15.7? I recently updated the computer and It is not up to date for most of the apps I need to download. Thank you.
