Disabled...forgot password

I have forgotten my iphone passcode (not the icloud one). My mobile security password. Kindly give me guildelines how to unlock that. i have tried alot but result is nothing. And unfortunately my phone got disabled. Actually this phone was switched off since 2 years and now I forget the security passcode. HELPPPPP PLZ!!!!!
