That is a phone that was originally sold in the US. So it needs to be returned to the US for warranty service.

Let's try to resolve the problem first.

See if you can get it to restore by following these instructions-->Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

What version of iTunes do you have on your Mac? If it has MacOS Mojave or later it has the right version, as iTunes is part of the installation. For older versions of MacOS make sure you have the right version. To be safe download a fresh copy from https://apple.com/itunes and install it. Connect to a USB port directly on the computer, and disconnect any other USB devices that use power such as disk drives.

If any errors are reported post them here.

That sounds like a hardware problem. You can try restoring the phone to factory settings. You will need a computer with iTunes 12.8.2 or later installed on it-->Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support. If the problem persists after the restore you will have to either return the phone to the country where you bought it or find a local Apple Authorized Service Provider.
