Sorry, the iPad 2 cannot be updated to iOS 10 or higher.

You don't. It's not supported by the aging hardware of the iPad 2 which was released in 2011. It cannot run anything newer than 9.3.5 (9.3.6 for the cellular version).

If you want to use apps that require iOS 10 (or later), you need to buy a new iPad. Sorry.
