Cannot disconnect mystery Bluetooth device

Hello everyone, I cannot figure out how to disconnect this mystery Bluetooth device. It seems to only be connected when I am at home but I don’t have any smart home devices. I have asked the Apple store, done Apple chat and even reset network settings AND gotten a new phone and set it up as new. Has anyone ever seen anything like this? I feel like I’m being bugged! Thanks!
