why do my mac show extra hard disk when i upgrade it to macOS Catalina.And it sometimes shows can't open "Macintosh HD" because it is locked.Can anyone tell me how to merge that extra one to my current one.
This Is a new change in Catalina.
Macintosh HD holds your operating system and is locked for security
Mackintosh HD Data contains user data.
If you create a CCC clone it now mirrors the 2 new partitions.
I have no idea why your Data partition shows twice.

Don't. It's perfectly normal for Catalina. I'r a security feature.
