Pop up warning of apps, but cannot delete

i downloaded Catalina and now popups saying helpmac app shoud be deleated or could harm computer. i have searched for app put in trash and emptied then shut down. it comes right back when reboot.

Catalina App Pop-up I just downloaded Catalina on my MacBook Air yesterday, and ever since then I've had a constant pop-up on my screen saying, "uightem.app can't be opened because it was not downloaded from the app store". It gives me two buttons to push, "show in finder" and "OK", both of which make it leave for 1-5 seconds before it pops back up. It does not take me to the app or do anything other than close and reopen the pop-up. I have no idea what this app is, or I would be happy to delete it to get rid of the pop-up. I talked with apple support for over an hour with no progress and I have no idea how to get rid of this or figure out what app it's referring to. I've attached the photo, I would really appreciate any help/suggestions!

Catalina update caused a tenacious pop up. The second I updated to Catalina I got the following dialogue. "[app] is an app downloaded from the Internet. Are you sure you want to open it?". The app in question was an installer that I no longer need and so I hit cancel. However this was not the end. The dialogue box will not go away, no matter what. The only thing I haven't done is hit open, because I do not want to open it. It told me when and what I downloaded so I went into my downloads and removed the file. I also tried restarting the computer. The dialogue box remains. How do I get rid of this pop up?

Upgrade problem or...? I just recently upgraded to Catalina and have a weird problem! When I boot up the Mac, I get a pop-up that I can't delete! It says: "spchlpr" will damage your computer. You should move it to the trash. But when i try to trash it, another one pops up that says: "maftask" will damage your computer. You should move it to the trash. It's endless and even though I've tried different ways to get rid of it, it's still on my screen! It wasn't there until I upgraded to Catalina. Does anyone else have this problem? Any ideas on how to trash this annoying pop-up?

Download and run Malwarebytes. Malwarebytes was developed by one of our own colleagues here in ASC and is about the most proven anti-malware software for Mac.

Pop up warning about Pronto app will harm my computer since upgrading to Catalina. I keep sending it to the trash but it keeps coming back.
