I am missing two months (Aug & Sep) of Apple cash from my Apple card purchases and not sure how to get that added to my apple cash. The only cash added to my Apple cash is from Oct purchases.

Apple Pay support personnel are literally the only people who can help you, so why are you so quick to dismiss them?
I didn't dismiss them at all. How could you decided that was what I did when you have no idea what I have searched for before I even submitted my Q. The link they gave me does NOT help
