iPhone not appearing under Locations in Sidebar in Catalina

I upgraded my MacBook Pro to Catalina yesterday. This morning, I plugged in my iPhone running 13.1.2 and it does not appear under Locations in the Sidebar as I understand it is supposed to. I have rebooted both my Mac and iPhone and it still doesn’t appear. Anyone know what I need to do to make this happen?
