Activity Monitor columns are gone

Just opened Activity Monitor and no columns show. Yes, they are selected in the View menu.

Solved with a little help from my "friends" etresoft and dialabrain.

Delete the activity app preferences plist:

~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.ActivityMonitor.plist

Thank you! I had the same issue and deleting ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.ActivityMonitor.plist did the trick.
