Find my Friends Disappeared

After I downloaded IOS 13, Find my Friends was uninstalled from my IPhone XR. I searched Find my Friends in the App Store, and it said “this app requires specific features not available on this device” but that was all the detail it gave. How do I get the app back without uninstalling IOS 13?

Apple rolled it into Find My.
