Find My Friends has been incorporated into the "Find My" App: Set up Find My on your iPhone and other devices - Apple Support

"Easily locate friends and family members. Share your location with others, let them share back, and find missing devices. All with the Find My app."

Edit: What do you mean "after update 10.0?"
