My iPad says I am up to date with 12.4.1 and won't even give me an option to update to iOS 13..
My iPad says I am up to date with 12.4.1 and won't give me an option to update to iOS 13... It is a new iPad Pro, it shouldn't have any issues updating to a higher iOS.
