No. 13.1.2 may be "officially" compatible, but in reality it will turn your iPad Air 2 into a slow broken thing that barely runs. Beware.
Not everyone with an iPad Air 2 is having issues with iPadOS ( iOS 13 ).
I concur to this statement.
Apple tech support says the solution is to update to 13.1.3. However, the irony is that the iPad would not connect via wifi nor a computer via USB. Anyone got any idea?
