i was buy i phone x from United Arab emirates and i am living in pakistan when i start using phone i feel here is no face time icon even i check all option which is available on apple site and also updated software of iphone still not showing .
kindly help out me regarding this issue.

You can't. The software patch to enable it in Pakistan only applies to iPhones which originate from there.

Return the phone or sell it to someone in the UAE. You will never be able to use Facetime on that device in Pakistan.
