How do I see my photos from the iCloud
You can’t just store them in iCloud.

The problem is I deleted them from photos. And it looks like they actually get deleted from iCloud. I have a new phone and did not want 16,000 photos to transfer over. I see they can still he recovered for 30 days but wish I could just back them up somewhere else. Unsure if I can do that without putting them back on my phone
I just switched from Android to iphone XR. My phone keeps telling me my storage is full and I don't know how to access the photos to delete them off of icloud. I would appreciate any guidance. Thanks.
