Activity tracker does not work after update to 5.3.1

The activity tracker of my apple watch 3 does not function well after the last update (5.3.1). My phone is up to date. I have unpaired, reset watch and phone. Nothing works. Steps are not measured, no calories so my activities are displayed as zero, move is also at zero etc
