can't download Mojave

I attempted the link but it doesn't even let me get the download started. I have enough storage no holds on my account not sure how to proceed.

I am not sure what link you are referring to. I am assuming that you have not yet installed macOS Mojave. Try these things.

If that doesn't work, try downloading it in Safe Mode.

You could also try macOS Recovery.
