uploading photos to iCloud seems to be paused
My photos stopped uploading automatically to iCloud as of Aug 1st, it appears to be "paused"? Not sure how I would have paused it, and how do I resume it to automatically upload?

Try Settings/Your Name/iCloud and slide off Photos syncing. Wait a few minutes and then slide syncing on. Allow time for syncing to occur.
Last resort - have you tried signing out of iCloud and then sign back in?
