iPhone is disabled, no back up to a computer.

my daughters iPhone is disabled and it says to connect to iTunes however she has never connected her phone to a computer where it would recognize the iPhone. What else could I do?

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support --> http://support.apple.com/HT204306


You can still reset it, you just won't be able to restore it from an iTunes backup. Do you have an iCloud backup?
